Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated under the domain https://moonbet.casino (the “Website”) and all associated services and functionalities (collectively, the “Service”).

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Website. Any bets placed before the updated Terms take effect will remain governed by the previous version.

Your Obligations

By accessing or using the Website and the Service, you acknowledge, represent, and warrant the following at all times:

To collect or harvest usernames, email addresses, or any personal information of other Customers via any method including unsolicited emails or unauthorised linking or framing of the Service;

To interfere with, manipulate, or otherwise adversely impact other Customers’ experience or the integrity of the Service itself;

To disseminate unauthorised advertising, affiliate links, or unsolicited promotions in any form;

In a manner that, in our reasonable opinion, constitutes cheating or collusion with others to gain unfair advantage over the Service or other Customers;

To copy, scrape or otherwise misuse our odds, proprietary data, or intellectual property rights;

For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account to any third party, nor may you acquire an Account from another individual or entity.

Under no circumstances may you transfer funds between separate player Accounts.We reserve the right to terminate your Account without prior notice if we suspect misuse or unauthorised use of the Service. Legal action may also be initiated where appropriate.

Employees of GT7 Limited, its subsidiaries, partners, promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are strictly prohibited from using the Service for real-money betting without the prior written approval of the Company’s Director or CEO. Any breach will result in immediate termination of the Account and forfeiture of winnings or bonuses.

Registration

We reserve the right to decline any Account registration at our absolute discretion and are under no obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

You must personally complete the registration form, accept these Terms, and, where required, pass our Customer verification checks in order to access betting or withdraw funds. This process may include submission of valid identity documents such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence, as well as proof of residence (e.g., recent utility bill). We may suspend wagering privileges or restrict access until such documents are received and verified.

You are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information, including a valid email address (the "Registered Email Address"). We rely on this contact information for all communication, and it is your responsibility to ensure its accuracy and security. We accept no liability for consequences arising from failure to update or protect your Registered Email Address.

Each Customer may register only one Account. Duplicate Accounts, including those set up via affiliates, relatives, or associates, are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure.

To confirm your financial credibility and identity, we may require additional verification using internal checks or reputable third-party data providers. If information is sourced externally, we will notify you accordingly.

Your password must remain confidential and should be changed regularly. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your credentials. If we receive the correct login credentials, we are entitled to assume that all activity on your Account is authorised by you.

You must not share screen captures, confidential data, or any other content from the Service with other Customers or third parties in any unauthorised way, including through embedding or framing.

Upon registration, you will have the option to transact in multiple supported currencies. Some payment methods may only be available in specific currencies, and currency conversion fees may apply.

Account creation on the Website does not constitute a contract. We may accept or reject registration requests at our sole discretion.

Following your registration, we may contact you for further information or documentation in order to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations.

Your Account

Accounts may operate in multiple currencies. All account balances and transactions will be displayed in the currency used for the transaction.

We do not extend credit under any circumstances. You must have sufficient funds in your account prior to placing any wagers or using the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at our discretion if we believe that you are not in compliance with these Terms or if it is necessary to preserve the integrity or fairness of the Service. This action may be taken without prior notice. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or void any wagers and withhold any funds in your account, including any deposits.

We further reserve the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for any reason. In such instances, any remaining funds will be returned to you unless there is a legitimate reason to withhold them. All matured contractual obligations will be honoured.

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any bet at our sole discretion. This includes any wager we believe has been placed fraudulently or in an attempt to circumvent our betting limits or system integrity.

If an amount is mistakenly credited to your account, it remains our property. We will notify you of the error, and the amount will be withdrawn from your account. You are required to cooperate fully with our efforts to correct any such mistake.

If your account becomes overdrawn for any reason, you will owe us the full amount of the overdrawn balance.

You must inform us immediately if you become aware of any errors relating to your account.

Gambling is intended solely for entertainment. If you believe that you may have lost control over your gambling habits, we urge you to take immediate action. You may request self-exclusion by contacting our Customer Support team using your Registered Email Address. Upon receipt of such a request, we will disable your account within 24 hours and you will no longer be able to access the Service.

You may not transfer, sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your account to any third party. This includes any transfer of assets such as winnings, deposits, bets, rights, or claims associated with the account. This prohibition extends to all forms of assignment, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, or gifting.

To close your account, you must contact our Customer Support team via email using your Registered Email Address.

Inactive Accounts

An account will be deemed inactive if there has been no login, logout, wager placement, or use of the Service for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months and the account holds a positive balance.

We will notify you in the eleventh month of inactivity that an Inactive Account Fee will be applied. You may avoid this fee by logging in and resuming activity on your account or by withdrawing your remaining balance.

The Inactive Account Fee is €5 per calendar month (or equivalent in your account currency) and will be deducted monthly as long as your account remains inactive and in credit. If the account balance is less than €5, the remaining balance will be deducted and the account will be closed.

Deposit of Funds

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made in a currency other than your account currency will be converted using the rate provided by our payment processors or bank. Additional exchange fees may apply depending on the payment method.

Deposit and withdrawal fees, where applicable, are listed on the Website. In most cases, we absorb the transaction fees for deposits. However, you are responsible for any charges imposed by your financial institution.

We are not a financial institution and utilize third-party payment processors for processing deposits and withdrawals. Your account will only be credited once we receive an authorization code or confirmation from the payment provider. If your transaction is declined, no funds will be credited.

You agree to pay all charges due to us or our payment processors in connection with your use of the Service. You agree not to initiate charge-backs or reverse any deposits. Any such reversal will require you to compensate us fully for the reversed amount and any associated fees. We reserve the right to void any winnings derived from funds that are later reversed.

Your player account is not a bank account and is not protected by any deposit guarantee or insurance. It does not accrue interest. You should only deposit funds that you intend to use for gambling.

By entering a promotional code during a deposit, you agree to the specific terms and conditions of that bonus as well as the general bonus rules.

You must not deposit funds originating from criminal or unauthorized activity. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the forfeiture of funds.

If depositing by credit card, we recommend that you retain a copy of your transaction records and the Terms for your reference.

It is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online gambling. If internet gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must not use your payment card or any other payment method to deposit funds into your account.

Withdrawal of Funds

Customers may request to withdraw any available and cleared funds from their player account by submitting a formal withdrawal request in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms and conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is set at €10 or the equivalent in the Player's account currency. Exceptions apply in cases of account closure, where the full balance may be withdrawn.

There are no withdrawal fees provided that the deposit has been rolled over (i.e., wagered) at least once. Should this rollover condition not be met, an administrative fee of 8% will be deducted from the withdrawal amount, subject to a minimum deduction of €4 (or the equivalent in the account currency). This measure is intended to combat money laundering and financial abuse.

Prior to approving any withdrawal, we reserve the right to require further identity verification documentation. This may include, but is not limited to, a photo identification document, proof of address, a selfie, or participation in a verification call. We may exercise this right at any time during the duration of our relationship with the Customer to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

All withdrawals must be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit. In certain cases, we may, at our sole discretion, approve a withdrawal to a different payment method, provided the Customer passes enhanced security checks.

In cases where the Account is inaccessible, locked, dormant, or closed, the Customer is required to contact Customer Support to request a withdrawal of funds.

The standard maximum withdrawal limit for cryptocurrency transactions is €500,000 (or equivalent) per calendar month. In cases of substantial withdrawal requests, a flexible payout schedule may be applied at our discretion. For fiat withdrawals, the limits are as follows: €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week, and €20,000 per month, or the equivalent in the applicable currency. We may authorise higher withdrawal amounts at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Withdrawals and refunds cannot be guaranteed in cases where the Customer has violated the provisions of Clauses 3.3 and 4 of these Terms, which pertain to restricted jurisdictions and improper use of the Service.

Subject to successful identity and security checks, we endeavour to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

Payment Transactions and Processors

The Customer is fully responsible for settling all payments owed to us. Payments must be made in good faith. Any attempts to reverse, cancel or dispute valid payments through third parties will result in liability for associated losses and costs, including the imposition of a €50 administrative fee (or the equivalent in other currencies) for each incident.

We may process transactions through third-party electronic payment processors or merchant banks. Customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these processors, provided they have been disclosed and do not conflict with these Terms.

All financial transactions are subject to monitoring to detect potential money laundering or terrorism financing activities. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate regulatory authority.

Errors

In the event of system malfunctions or technical errors, all affected bets will be rendered void. Customers are required to inform us immediately upon detecting any error. We shall not be liable for any loss, cost or damage arising from such errors and reserve the right to void bets, cancel winnings and take corrective measures.

We strive to maintain the accuracy of odds and betting lines. However, if a bet is accepted due to a clear human or system error resulting in odds that materially differ from the market or are otherwise incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the wager or settle it at the correct odds.

Any overpayments made to a Customer's Account due to such errors will be recovered. We reserve the right to adjust balances, cancel erroneous bets, and if necessary, seek reimbursement of overpaid amounts. If a Customer lacks sufficient funds to repay such amounts, legal measures may be initiated.

Rules of Play, Refunds, and Cancellations

The official result of a sporting or betting event, as determined on the date of settlement, will be final for wagering purposes. Protested or overturned outcomes after this date will not alter settlement decisions.

Results posted on our Website are deemed final after 72 hours. Only clear human or technical errors reported within this period will be eligible for review and correction.

If a governing body officially overturns a match result within the payout period, affected wagers will be refunded accordingly.

In events where a draw outcome is available as a betting option, only bets on that specific outcome will be paid. Bets on either team to win will be considered lost. If no draw option was offered and a draw occurs, all bets will be refunded. In applicable events, extra time outcomes may apply.

If the result of an event cannot be confirmed due to broadcast disruption or unavailable verification, we may void the bets and refund affected wagers at our discretion.

Minimum and maximum betting limits are determined by us and may be changed without prior notice. Individual betting limits may also be applied to specific Customer accounts.

Customers are solely responsible for their bets and account activity. Once placed, bets cannot be modified or cancelled. Disputes regarding missing or duplicate bets will not be entertained.

Matchups will be honoured as long as the named teams are correct, regardless of the league classification.

Dates and times for esports or other events are approximate and not guaranteed. If a match is postponed and not resumed within 72 hours, the event will be voided and wagers refunded. However, bets on overall tournament progression or victory will remain valid.

Bets on events posted with incorrect dates will remain valid if the actual date aligns with official schedules published by the governing body.

Teams that use stand-in players are still considered valid participants. Resulting outcomes remain actionable for all wagering purposes.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend events, betting markets, or products from our platform at our discretion.

Communications and Notices

All communications and notices required under these Terms from you to us must be submitted via the Customer Support contact form available on the Website. We do not accept any communications sent via other means unless specifically agreed otherwise.

All communications and notices from us to you shall, unless otherwise specified in these Terms, be either published on the Website or sent to the Registered Email Address associated with your Account. We reserve the exclusive right to determine the most appropriate method of communication in each circumstance.

All correspondence under these Terms, whether from you or us, must be in writing, in the English language, and must originate from or be directed to your Registered Email Address.

From time to time, we may send you emails containing promotional offers, betting information, or other communications relevant to our services. By accepting these Terms upon registration, you agree to receive such promotional communications. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by submitting a request through Customer Support.

Matters Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the provision of the Service resulting from any event of Force Majeure. Force Majeure refers to circumstances reasonably considered to be outside our control, even where preventative measures have been taken. These events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, labour disputes, power outages, government action, or failures in telecommunication services. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Service without incurring any liability to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses you may suffer in connection with your use of the Service, unless such losses result from our breach of legal duties or are directly caused by our negligence. This limitation excludes our liability in the event of death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We shall not be liable where the failure results from your own fault, from a third party unconnected with our obligations, or from unforeseen events outside our reasonable control. The Service is for consumer use only and we disclaim any liability for business losses of any kind.

If we are held liable under these Terms, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you wagered via your Account in relation to the relevant product or event that gave rise to the liability; or (b) EUR €500 in total.

You are strongly advised to ensure the suitability of your computer equipment and software for using the Service. You should also take reasonable steps to safeguard against malicious software by using up-to-date antivirus protection.

Gambling By Those Under Age

If we suspect or receive information indicating that you are currently under 18 years of age (or under the legal age required for gambling in your jurisdiction), we will suspend your Account immediately to prevent further betting or withdrawals. An investigation will be conducted to confirm your age and to determine whether you acted on behalf of a person underage. If it is confirmed that you were underage when placing bets, or were acting for someone who was:

All winnings in your Account will be forfeited;

Any funds won through underage gambling must be returned to us on demand;

Deposits made with non-winnings may be returned or withheld until you reach legal age, at our sole discretion.

These provisions also apply if you are over 18 but place bets from a jurisdiction with a higher minimum legal age for gambling, and you are below that threshold.

In cases where we suspect misuse of this clause for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right to report the incident to law enforcement authorities and pursue legal action.

Fraud

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, dishonesty, and criminal conduct. We will pursue both criminal and civil sanctions against any Customer suspected of such behavior, and we may withhold any funds in your Account pending the outcome of our investigations. Customers will be liable to reimburse us for all costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of fraudulent or criminal acts.

We reserve the right to take immediate action against players we believe, at our sole discretion, to have engaged in any of the following fraudulent activities:

Dishonest manipulation of the Service or exploitation of loopholes;

Attempts to defraud the company, other players, or any third party;

Use of third-party funding;

Participation in bonus abuse schemes;

Use of bots, automated players, or game strategies that create an unfair advantage;

Use of insider information or betting on fixed events;

Any attempt to break the law in any jurisdiction;

Transfer or misuse of player accounts.

We reserve the right to confiscate any funds associated with fraudulent activity, including winnings or bonuses obtained in breach of our Terms.

In particular, fraudulent game patterns intended to bypass wagering requirements or exploit gameplay features are strictly forbidden. All winnings from such practices will be forfeited.

Examples of fraudulent game patterns include, but are not limited to:

Delaying bonus rounds or features for later use with real money;

Placing large bets and returning post-bonus wagering to benefit from prior positions;

Building in-game value with bonus funds and cashing out post-wagering;

Intellectual Property

Complaints

If you have concerns or questions related to these Terms, you must contact our Customer Support Department using the communication methods available on the Website and submit your inquiry via your Registered Email Address.

While we endeavour to respond professionally and in good faith to all complaints, we expressly disclaim liability for our responses or decisions in relation to any submitted complaints, whether made by you or a third party.

If you dispute the outcome of a wager, you should provide detailed information to our Customer Support Department as soon as possible. We strive to respond to all such matters promptly, and aim to do so within twenty-eight (28) days.

Any wager-related disputes must be lodged within three (3) days of the settlement of the bet. We are not obliged to honour any claims submitted after this time. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your Account transactions.

If your dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, it may be escalated to senior management for further review.

If no resolution is achieved through the internal complaint procedure, you may lodge a formal complaint with our licensing authority.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to any third party at any time, provided such third party maintains the quality and integrity of the Service. In such cases, notice will be given through the Website.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law while preserving the original intent. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
